RETREATS

and I’ve struggled with anxiety and depressive symptoms since my teenage years. I went through several therapies, but each time I seemed to reach a plateau. It wasn’t until I met a psychologist who took a broader approach, that I truly felt seen and understood. This process allowed me to get to know myself on a deeper level and also understand how my biology profoundly impacts my mental well-being.

I came to realize that healing can require an integrated approach — addressing multiple layers of the human experience. This insight shaped my journey as a clinical psychologist, where I now draw from a broad perspective, considering various aspects of life and individual history. My post-graduate training in psychodiagnostics enhances this approach. As someone who values active engagement in therapy, I also find cognitive-behavioral therapy a powerful tool to tackle issues directly. Additionally, schema therapy helps me go deep into understanding and breaking old patterns. In October 2025, I will begin my training in TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), which will further enrich my practice.
